Rollins notifies Frank Askew at the FBI and learns that the FBI Terrorist Infiltration Program (TIP) had already unearthed the plot and is working on eradicating the terrorist cell and its chain of command. As Askew leads the investigative and arrest process, an unanticipated discovery with potential momentous impact on the free-world unfolds.
