As the country begins the healing process from the 9/11 terrorist strike on the Twin Towers and the Pentagon, Abdullah al-Rahim, alias Peter Ramsey, is busy implementing the deadly al-Qaeda strategic plan to again attack the Pentagon when its reconstruction is completed. Ramsey, abetted by Tracey Morgan, CFO for the Pentagons contractor Synergy, plants his cohorts Luis Ortega and Jacob Brokowski among the reconstruction team. The radicals toil to enact their mayhem on the Pentagon, unaware that Synergys internal security, using hi-tech software had uncovered their suspicious activities. Synergys security director T.J. Rollins notifies Frank Askew at the FBI and learns that the FBI Terrorist Infiltration Program (TIP) had already unearthed the plot and is working on eradicating the terrorist cell and its chain of command.
